Bead Manager is an Android application for managing a personal bead inventory. It provides a read-only bead catalog drawn from a local database on your device, and an inventory you can update to track how many grams of each bead you own. Using the app requires signing in with a Google account; your inventory is synced across your devices via that account.

Account identifier:
When you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication issues you a unique account identifier (a random string assigned by Firebase — not your Google email address, display name, or profile photo). We receive and store only this identifier. We do not request or receive your name, email address, avatar, contacts, location, or any other Google account data.
Inventory data:
The inventory data you create in the app — such as which bead variants you own, quantities, thresholds you configure, and any notes you write — is stored in Firestore, scoped to your account identifier, and synced across your devices.
Usage and analytics data:
The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used and to identify technical issues. Firebase Analytics may collect data such as session events, in-app actions, app version, operating system version, and general device information. This data is associated with a randomly assigned analytics identifier — it is not linked to your Firebase account identifier or your Google profile.

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties. We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Your inventory data is stored in and synced through Firebase Firestore, a Google Cloud database service. Your data is processed exclusively on Google’s infrastructure under Google’s Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement. Google Privacy Policy
Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage data as described in Section 3. This data is associated with a random analytics identifier, not your account.
You can opt out of Firebase Analytics data collection at any time by enabling “Opt out of Ads Personalization” in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Google Privacy Policy
Your inventory data is stored in Firebase Firestore, which runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. Google may store and process this data in data centers located in the United States or other countries where Google operates. By using the inventory sync features, you consent to this transfer and processing.
Your device also maintains a local offline cache of your inventory data. This cache is used to keep the app functional when you are not connected to the internet and is not accessible to us.

To delete your account and all associated inventory data, email privacy@techyshishy.com. We will delete your Firestore data and confirm when deletion is complete.
Deleting your account does not affect the local bead catalog stored on your device. That data is not associated with your account and is not within our control to remove.
Bead Manager is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13.
If we learn that an account was created by a user under 13, we will promptly delete that account and all associated data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email privacy@techyshishy.com.
Right to access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to correction. Request that we correct inaccurate data.
Right to deletion. Request deletion of your account and all associated data (see Section 8).
Right to data portability. Request your inventory data in a machine-readable format.
Right to restrict processing. Ask us to limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
Right to object. Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
EU/EEA residents. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your member state.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
We rely on Google’s Firebase platform, which uses industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Access to your Firestore data is restricted to your account identifier via Firebase Security Rules.
No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security vulnerability in the app, please report it to privacy@techyshishy.com.
When we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes — changes that affect what data we collect, how we use it, or who we share it with — we will provide notice within the app before the change takes effect.
